Tertiary and industrial buildings, BIM model audit, Pantin

Review of BIM models and performance of functional technical audits of technical lots for two projects:

• Construction of a 15,000 m2 office building in Saint Ouen (93), France;
• Construction of a 13,000 m2 mixed-use building to expand the Hermès workshops in Pantin (93), France.

Missions :

• Confirm the methods and requirements used to create the BIM models;
• Assess the level of quality in terms of BIM modeling;
• Evaluate the technical coherence of the various trades in the BIM models;
• Assess the compliance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical engineering with applicable codes and standards;
• Measure discrepancies between models and initial specifications.
