Lantic sugar plant renovation, BIM modeling support, Montréal

Support for BIM modeling in the design of piping and plumbing systems as part of the renovation and expansion of the Sucre Lantic plant:

• Creation of BIM models for plumbing networks, following technical guidelines and adhering to project standards;
• Detection and resolution of clashes using coordination tools, in collaboration with other disciplines;
• Modeling of custom Revit components to represent technical equipment based on execution documents;
• Production of technical deliverables such as installation drawings, opening plans, and fabrication drawings for construction and workshop teams;
• Coordination with the project engineer and construction team to ensure proper implementation of the modeled systems on site.
