Energy efficiency study:

• Preliminary analysis of the building’s energy consumption;
• Assessment of the potential for improving energy performance;
• Site surveys and surveys of users and managers;
• Development of a list of energy efficiency measures (EEM) ordered by type of cost;
• 3D modeling of the building;
• Simulation and development of energy balances showing the distribution of electricity and natural gas consumption
  • Drafting of water audit reports in accordance with BOMA-BEST requirements;
  • Accompaniment of the client within the framework of the BOMA BEST re-certification of the building, including the preparation of the documentation and its uploading on the BOMA-BEST portal;
  • Management of obtaining subsidies from the MERN (formerly TEQ).
