Litigation Management :

• Conduct site visits to conduct surveys to assess the progress of the work;
• Establish the value of the completed works;
• Determine the value of the work remaining to be completed;
• Analyze the subcontractor’s requests for extras;
• Evaluate and accompany Edyfic Construction in a potential process of change of the subcontractor specialized in ventilation, electricity and plumbing, during the mandate.

Project Management :

• Develop (as needed), prioritize and follow up on major component schedules with the objective of completing the commissioning of electromechanical equipment on time;
• Analyze and follow up on the necessary manpower;
• Study the validity and the value of the subcontractor’s extras requests;
• Inspect the quality of the work performed;
• Accompany and train the teams on site.
