Étienne Rogeau

Engineer and entrepreneur, Etienne has accumulated extensive experience in project management, engineering, and construction management. He has worked within large-scale organizations, developing expertise that is technical, strategic, and cross-functional. After founding NEOKA Services in Canada and France from Montreal, he is now based in Miami, from where he leads the group’s expansion across the American continent. Under his guidance, NEOKA has established itself as an international player connecting European and North American expertise. He is also co-founder of NEOKA Energies, a company specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and technical network projects, offering turnkey solutions from design to commissioning. Etienne now drives the Franco-North American growth strategy of the group, with a vision focused on innovation, rigor, and the complementarity of expertise.
