Main tasks performed
- Conducting a comprehensive conceptual study to identify measures for upgrading and modernizing mechanical infrastructure to improve comfort, reduce energy costs, and optimize maintenance.
- Provision of comprehensive mechanical and electrical engineering services, including preliminary and detailed design in accordance with CSA Z317.2-10 for healthcare facilities.
- Interdisciplinary coordination between the architecture, structural, and engineering teams, as well as direct collaboration with the CIUSSS and hospital staff to validate technical and operational requirements.
Preparation of plans, specifications, and technical documents for the call for tenders, analysis of bids, and recommendations to the CIUSSS ODIM. - Rigorous project management ensuring the continuation of surgical activities during the work, thanks to sequenced planning guaranteeing the continuous availability of at least three operating rooms.
