Engineer specialized in HVAC, plumbing, and special gases, Samir has more than 17 years of experience in managing high-technicality projects. He has notably worked for Air Liquide, Linde, IDEX, and Eiffage, on projects in the industrial, tertiary, and hospital sectors.
Co-founder of NEOKA Energies, he oversees operations in France, with a strong presence in Île-de-France and Hauts-de-France. He embodies the company’s technical and operational excellence, from cost studies to project delivery.
