Gaëtan Scocchia

Gaëtan Scocchia began his career as a building mechanical technician, where he developed strong expertise in designing HVAC and plumbing systems. His rigor and technical expertise led him to a project manager role. Through this progression, he established himself as a well-rounded professional, mastering both technical and organizational aspects to manage projects in Canada and France. Today, he applies this experience to the company’s strategic development as Business Manager, contributing to operational structuring and team growth. Since August 2025, Gaëtan Scocchia is also an associate, in recognition of his leadership, commitment, and key role in NEOKA’s success and evolution.
