Matthieu Le Dréau

Matthieu Le Dréau joined NEOKA in 2020 at the Montreal office, where he quickly advanced from Project Manager to Associate Director.

He now oversees the Montreal office as well as the newly opened Sherbrooke office, supporting its expansion. With strong expertise in managing multidisciplinary projects, whether in building mechanical and electrical systems, industrial processes, or structural engineering.

Matthieu has led numerous large-scale projects across the healthcare, water, institutional, commercial, residential, and pharmaceutical sectors, contributing at every stage of project delivery.

A licensed engineer with the OIQ, he is recognized for his technical rigor, his ability to mobilize diverse teams, and his integrated approach to project management, which he applies to deliver sustainable, high-performance, and truly collaborative solutions.
